Catfood Contraction Timer shows the average length and interval of your contractions for the past hour and the previous hour. You're looking for 4-1-1: contractions that are four minutes apart, last for a minute and continue for an hour.
As well as the averages a chart shows the past two hours of contractions (the grid lines are five minutes apart), and Contraction Timer lists the last ten contractions.
